Hannah’s passion for entrepreneurship started at age 10, when she founded Camp Hannah, a neighborhood summer camp that brought in nearly $3,000 (and came with printed feedback surveys, direct mail flyers, and a one-person HR team — her sister).
After those early days of business building in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Hannah moved to Wisconsin for high school and college. With a degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (go Badgers!), Hannah blends deep editorial chops with a keen strategic perspective.
Hannah started her professional career as the social media lead for Sartori Cheese, a fourth-generation artisan cheese company in Wisconsin, before heading to Boston to join Spoiler Alert, an MIT-founded food tech startup, as employee #6 and lead marketer. While there, she went through both the MassChallenge and Techstars accelerator programs — an experience that reignited her love for startups and grit-fueled environments.
She later helped tell the story of Boston’s dining scene at BostonChefs.com and spent several years leading marketing at Harvard Innovation Labs, supporting thousands of student and alumni founders across all 13 Harvard schools. Most recently, she scaled content efforts at BentoBox, a B2B SaaS company for restaurants.
From content strategy and email marketing to SEO and social media, Hannah is all about creating content that connects — and converts. She’s known for her proactive energy, her love of data-backed decision making, and her reliability. In her role leading Content and Communications for The Circle, Hannah helps attract the industry’s best growth stage CXOs to join our community and creates indispensable resources from the scar tissue and expertise shared between members.
