We started in 2012 as a new kind of venture firm. One focused on the human side of private companies. Providing employee liquidity (aka, secondaries) to support companies and their executives who needed capital to relieve the pressure valve caused by the extension of private tenure life. Our initial focus has given us unique experience in leading and structuring broad-based secondary liquidity programs and allowed us to evolve into primary financing and other unique structures.
